Dining Cooking at Sable Campsite includes a mixture of African dishes such as white and bush cooking, accompanied by fine SA.S.A wines. Supper is customarily served around a log fire in the reed enclosed boma, but can also be enjoyed in the air-conditioned sitting room or on your personal balcony. Start your day with either a continental or full English breakfast, including appertizing options such as pancakes, French toast and smoked salmon bagels. A buffet lunch is served either in the dining room, or on the big safari sun deck viewing over the Sand River.

Accommodation

Sable Safari Campsite accommodates Fourteen guests in Five lavishness suites and the Lions Den - a Two-bedroomed, open bedroom with magnificent views. Suites are usual safari type with king size beds, lofty thatched ceilings and a snug sitting section. All bedrooms features a individual verandah seeing the surrounding bush.
