This a luxury tented game camp built alongside the Timbavati / Klaserie Reserve on the bank of the Klaserie river. This unspoilt gem is a very well managed game farm which looks to restore and maintain the environment in its normal state.

The central boma, ingenuously built in the branches of a Jackalberry tree, supplies a well stocked bar, kitchen and sun deck – & a near swimming pool & a lounge looking over the Klaserie Dam; the amazing setting for complete rest.

Gwalagwala supplies a wide variety of fauna and flora including wetlands, bush and riverine sections, numerous species of birds and a range of wildlife, including water buck, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, nyala, hippo, bush buck and warthog - allowing travelers to walk freely around the trails & go to the viewing sites.
